Orders — placing, tracking, modifying
Orders are placed directly through the cart with no account required. After checkout you receive an order reference and an OxaPay payment URL. Payment is final once on-chain confirmations land. We email the FedEx tracking number within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
15 questions
Do I need to create an account to order?+
No. Ounceo has no user accounts. Your cart lives in your browser, and orders are identified by a single reference (e.g. GS-MPFXYZ-ABC123) emailed to you after checkout. You can return to that order's page at any time using its URL.
How do I place an order?+
Browse the catalog, click 'Add to cart' on each item, open the cart drawer (icon top-right), click 'Checkout', enter your shipping address and email, then click 'Pay with crypto' to go to the OxaPay hosted payment page. There's no minimum order quantity.
Is there a minimum order amount or quantity?+
No minimum quantity on any product — buy a single 1 oz silver coin if you want to. The only practical floor is the shipping fee, which is a flat per-zone rate ($80 US, $120 EU, etc.) and makes small orders proportionally more expensive.
What happens after I click 'Pay with crypto'?+
We create an OxaPay invoice for your USD total locked for 30 minutes, then redirect you to OxaPay's hosted page where you pick the cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, Lightning, Monero, USDT TRC-20/ERC-20/SOL, USDC, Ethereum, and more). You pay from your own wallet — we never touch your funds before settlement.
How long does the payment window stay open?+
30 minutes from invoice creation. If you don't pay within that window, the invoice expires and you'll need to place a new order at the current spot price. The USD price is locked for those 30 minutes regardless of how the metal or crypto market moves.
Can I modify an order after placing it?+
Before payment confirms, you can simply let the invoice expire and place a new order with different items or quantities. After payment confirms, the order is locked and queued for fulfillment — modifications are not possible. Address-only corrections can be requested by email if the label hasn't been printed yet.
Can I cancel an order?+
Yes, before payment is confirmed: just don't pay the OxaPay invoice and it will expire. After payment confirms, an order can only be cancelled by mutual agreement and only before the FedEx label is printed (typically within the first hour). Email [email protected] with the order reference.
How do I check the status of my order?+
Open the order's URL — it was emailed to you and looks like /order/GS-XXXX-YYYY. The page shows the current status: Awaiting payment, Paid, Shipped, Expired, or Cancelled. Status updates are automatic via the OxaPay webhook.
What if I close my browser before completing payment?+
No problem — the OxaPay invoice URL was emailed to you and is also linked on the order page. Reopen it anytime within the 30-minute window and pay from any wallet.
What if I pay too little or too much?+
OxaPay covers underpayments up to 2.5% automatically — the order still completes. Overpayments are refunded to the same wallet (manually if needed). For substantial under-payment (>2.5%), the invoice marks as 'underpaid' and we resolve via email — typically by issuing a top-up invoice for the missing amount.
Will my order be combined with previous orders?+
No — each order ships separately with its own FedEx label and tracking. We do not auto-consolidate, but you can email us before payment confirms to consolidate two pending orders if both ship to the same address.
Can I order on behalf of someone else?+
Yes. Use the recipient's name and address as the shipping address. The email you provide is the contact for order updates — that doesn't have to match the recipient. Note that AML thresholds still apply per recipient address.
Do you offer business / wholesale orders?+
For orders above $25,000 we treat the order as wholesale: confirmation via dedicated email, supplemental Lloyd's insurance, optional Malca-Amit specialized courier for orders above $50,000. Contact [email protected] before checkout to coordinate.
Can I order a single 1 oz silver coin?+
Yes. We removed all minimum-quantity floors — every product can be ordered by the unit. The shipping fee is the same whether you buy 1 or 50 coins, so smaller orders pay proportionally more in shipping.
What if a product is out of stock?+
We currently keep stock for all listed SKUs. If a sudden shortage hits a SKU (e.g., a mint pause on an annual issue), we either offer a substitute at the same premium or refund the line item from the order.
