Yes. Monero is selectable at the OxaPay payment step, alongside Bitcoin (on-chain and Lightning), USDT, USDC, and Ethereum. XMR-paid orders receive an automatic 1.5% discount because settlement is final and reduces our reconciliation overhead.
Is KYC required?+
No KYC is required for orders under $5,000 per order. Above that threshold, simplified identity verification (passport + selfie) is required to meet AML obligations. Cumulative orders above $10,000 in 30 days to the same shipping address also trigger verification.
How is the price locked?+
When you check out, an OxaPay invoice is created with the USD total locked for 30 minutes. The crypto amount on the OxaPay page is fixed at invoice creation against the live USD-to-crypto rate. Pay within the window and the price is final. If the invoice expires, place a new order at the current spot.
What shipping carrier do you use?+
FedEx International Priority for all international shipments. Full declared-value insurance is included. Signature is required on delivery. Packaging is discreet — no "gold" markings on the outside.
What if FedEx loses or damages my package?+
Every shipment is covered by FedEx Declared Value Coverage plus a supplemental Lloyd's policy for shipments above $25,000. If delivery fails, report non-delivery within 48 hours of the last tracking update and we open a claim immediately.
