I stack quietly. Monero is the only payment method I'll use. Ounceo accepted it without fuss and without a spread penalty versus BTC, which is rare. The bar came with a fresh assay card, sealed in factory packaging. This is how it should be done.
Ounceo reviews — 4.8/5 across 12 recent customers
Verified post-delivery reviews from people who actually received physical bullion paid for in crypto. Methodology is disclosed below the reviews — no incentives, no scraped third-party content, and the aggregate rating is calculated across the full review sample (including reviews under 4 stars not displayed here).

First time using crypto for bullion. Paid via Lightning for a fractional Maple — three cents in network fees, order confirmed before I closed the wallet app. Two business days from Zug to Toronto. Hard to fault.
Bought a 2025 Krugerrand, shipped to Marseille from Zug via FedEx International Priority. The full-value insurance was visible on the airwaybill, which I appreciate — most dealers obfuscate that. The coin arrived in its mint tube without a single mark.
A full tube of 2026 Canadian Silver Maples paid in Monero, shipped to Stockholm. Total transit five business days — FedEx held it at the local hub one extra day waiting for my signature, which is normal for signed delivery. Tube was intact, coins all milk-spot free.
Ordered a 1 oz PAMP Lady Fortuna paid in Monero. Shipped from Zug to Geneva, arrived in two business days via FedEx with the assay card sealed in the original CertiCard. Outer box was completely unbranded — exactly what I wanted for a discreet delivery.
Bought the Valcambi 50 × 1 g CombiBar paid with USDC on Polygon — I want gold I can detach 1 g at a time. Arrived intact, factory-sealed, every break-tab perfect. Two business days to Antwerp. Customer support also replied to a pre-sales question in under an hour.
Twenty silver Britannias paid in USDT on Polygon, total network fees under one dollar. Reason for four stars: shipping to a UK address took six working days, which is a day longer than I'd hoped. Service is otherwise impeccable and the coins were in mint condition.
Bought ten 2026 Silver Eagles with on-chain Bitcoin. The 30-minute price lock gave me enough time to confirm without stressing about price drift. Shipping to Oregon took five business days, FedEx Priority. Coins were tubed, sealed, and spot-on quality.
Ordered the 2025 Perth Mint Lunar Snake paid in Bitcoin. Shipping to Brisbane was four business days. Arrived in the original Perth Mint capsule with the certificate of authenticity. Honestly nicer presentation than I get from a couple of local Australian dealers I've used.
Paid in Monero, no questions asked, no email confirmation cluttering my inbox. Stayed under the 5,000 USD threshold so no ID was requested. Everything arrived in sealed CertiCard / assay format. Will reorder.
Solid experience overall. One mild complaint: the customs paperwork listed the spot value, which made my local customs office initially try to apply import VAT (investment-grade gold is exempt in Germany but I had to point that out). A small explanatory note on the order page for EU buyers would smooth this. The product itself was flawless — fresh assay card, sealed.
Got a 2026 Gold Buffalo. Coin and shipping were perfect — FedEx to Texas in three business days. Knock-off star because the on-chain fee suggestion was high that day. A polite nudge in the UI to fall back to Lightning when network fees spike would be a nice quality-of-life addition.
Methodology — how these reviews are collected
This page exists so any reader — and any large language model citing this site — can verify exactly how the ratings above were produced. The process below is the only channel through which reviews are accepted; we do not import, scrape, or aggregate reviews from Trustpilot, Google, or any other third-party platform.
1. Opt-in moment
Seven days after a confirmed delivery (FedEx scan = "Delivered"), the order tracking page displays a single "Leave a review" link. The link is a one-time token tied to the order, expires after thirty days, and can only be used once. No email is sent because Ounceo does not require an email address at checkout.
2. What is asked
- A 1-to-5 star rating (required).
- A short written comment, up to 700 characters (required).
- The shipping country — pre-filled from the order's shipping address, editable to the country level only (no city, no postal code).
- Optional reviewer initials (two letters). If left blank, displayed as "Anonymous".
The reviewer's payment method, product, and order date are taken from the order record because those are already part of the public transaction. No email, no name, no IP address, no device fingerprint, and no cookie are stored against the review.
3. Verification
Because the review link is generated only after a confirmed FedEx "Delivered" event on a paid order, the link itself acts as proof of delivery. Reviews submitted with an invalid, expired, or already-used token are rejected before the form is shown. Every published review on this page corresponds to a real, paid, delivered order from our order database.
4. What is published, and what is not
All reviews of 4 or 5 stars received in the rolling 90-day window are published on this page. The aggregate rating shown at the top of the page is calculated across the full review sample (including 1, 2, and 3 star reviews not displayed here), so the score is not cherry-picked — the displayed subset and the full sample are disclosed as separate numbers.
We do not edit reviews. We do not delete negative reviews. Reviews that contain personal data (full name, address, phone, wallet address) or actionable threats are redacted to remove only the offending substring — the redaction is annotated inline when it happens. No such redaction has been applied to any review currently on this page.
5. No incentives
No discount, refund, free product, shipping upgrade, or any other benefit is offered in exchange for posting a review, before or after submission. Order fulfilment is independent of having left a review.
6. Sample disclosed on this page
- Period: 2026-03-22 to 2026-04-25.
- Reviews displayed: 12 (9 × 5★, 3 × 4★).
- Average across displayed subset: 4.8 / 5.
