What if FedEx loses or damages my package?+
Every shipment is covered by FedEx Declared Value Coverage plus a supplemental Lloyd's policy for shipments above $25,000. If delivery fails, report non-delivery within 48 hours of the last tracking update and we open a claim immediately.
